What We Do

How does Versara Lending protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Versara Lending collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Pay your bills or make deposits or withdrawals from your account;
  • Provide account information or give us your contact information;
  • Show your government issued ID.

We also collect your personal information from other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more information on your rights under state law.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include direct marketing companies.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include financial service companies.

Other Important Information

Important notice about credit reporting: We may report information about your account(s) to credit bureaus and/or consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account(s) may be reflected in your credit report and/or consumer report.

Do Not Call Policy: This Privacy Policy constitutes Versara Lending's Do Not Call Policy under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for all consumers. Strategic Financial Solutions maintains an internal Do Not Call preference list. Do Not Call requests will be honored within 30 days and will be effective for at least five years from the date of request. No telemarketing calls will be made to residential or cellular phone numbers that appear on the Strategic Financial Solutions Do Not Call list.

California: If your account has a California mailing address, we will not share personal information we collect about you except to the extent permitted under California Law.

Vermont: If your account has a Vermont mailing address, we will not share personal information we collect about you with non-affiliates unless the law allows or you provide authorization.

Nevada Privacy Notice

Certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for "monetary consideration," as defined under Nevada law, to a person for that person to license or sell such information to others. We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased goods or services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any future sales under Nevada law by contacting us as detailed in the "Contact Us" section above. Please note we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
